What is HAARP?

HAARP (the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) is a US military project whose purpose is to beam more than 1.7 giga-watts (1,700 billion watts) of radiated power into the ionosphere–the electrically-charged layer above Earth’s atmosphere.

HAARP can be used in military communication and as a weapon system. However, it can also be used in mind manipulation, as an energy source for life control weapons, and weather control.

The superficial goal of this research is to generate VLF (very low frequency) and ELF (extremely low frequency electromagnetic wave) and send it to the electrojet in the ionosphere. This electrojet will act like an antenna in the upper sky on which the VLF & ELF waves can travel almost around the world with very little energy loss.

This project includes a large array of antennae on the ground beaming a billion watts of electromagnetic power–at radio frequency- up through the atmosphere. “It would be the biggest zapper in the world” (see the 1995 book _Angel Don’t Play This HAARP_ by Dr. Nick Begich & Jeane Manning).

This research is supported with Navy and Air Force funding. This research might have a positive use for the military at times of war, but in times of peace, its main use is in the area of mind manipulation, as an energy source for life control weapons, and weather control.

“While the HAARP beam billions watts of electromagnetic power (ELF) into the ionosphere, it will create an electrojet–a river of electricity that flows thousand of miles through the sky and down into the polar ice-cap.

The electrojet will become a vibrating artificial antenna for sending electromagnetic radiation raining down to the earth. The US military then can “x-ray” the earth and communicate to submarines.

Put simply, the apparatus is a reversal of a radio telescope–just transmitting instead receiving. It will “boil the upper atmosphere”. After disturbing the ionosphere, the radiation will bounce back onto the earth in the form of long waves which penetrate our bodies, our ground, and the oceans.”

The above information tells us that the Navy needs the ELF to communicate with submarines because it can penetrate the ground and oceans.

On the other hand, this electrojet can be also used for the objective of mind manipulation. That’s because the huge amount of artificial ELF, which are sent from Alaska to the polar ice-caps, will change the natural environment of the Earth. Thus, this is the same as creating an universal, artificial electromagnetic field (mind manipulation environment) in the world. Obviously, this will change the natural magnetic field of the Earth.
