CIA and NSA Illuminati Psychopaths had Weaponized EVIL AI DUST for more than 50 years which they demonstrated it to me thousands of times over the years when I am at home alone or for that matter any where during day time and night time. They also demonstrated and proved their “omnipresence” to me.

That $2.3 Trillion went into black budgets (about which both the Congress and POTUS have been kept deliberately in the dark) with which the “invisible shadow government” developed unimaginable, mind-boggling, insanely futuristic technologies and weapons which are being used to stealthily torture me and millions of Americans and world’s public.
They executed these cloaking operations regardless of the location including Casinos, thousands of times in twenty years, in possible ways explained below.
1) NSA EVIL Artificial Intelligence (AI) DUST which exists in AIR/ETHER around us, performing these Invisibilty Cloaking operations like a former intelligence agent and Julian Assange REVEALED in the MKULTRA Video below.
2) Technology Handovers from Aliens
Albert Einstein was involved with secret US Government experiments known as “Project Rainbow” in which the use of a very powerful electromagnetic field around an object was used to divert radar waves around it, making it radar invisible. This culminated in the test known as the “Philadelphia Experiment” on August 12th, 1943, in which the warship USS Eldridge reportedly achieved not only radar but also physical invisibility. The same research team was later involved in using electromagnetic waves for mind control experiments at Montauk Point, Long Island. Sensing the dangers of the experiments, Congress refused approval for the work in 1967 and the project was “allegedly” abandoned but it is obvious the deep state spooks continued developing these technologies in complete secrecy with TRILLIONS of dollars of black budget.
There were reports that “Philadelphia Experiment” was a partial success initially but subsequently they somehow miniaturized the equipment needed over the years to achieve “Invisibility of Humans”, by the 1960s.
Some months before his death, Einstein was reported to have burned papers relating to his “Unified Field Theory” and its possible practical applications on the grounds “that the world wasn’t ready for such things and would be better off without them.
But I can tell you with 100% certainty that they have Invisibility Cloaking Technology. They demonstrated it to me thousands of times over a period of 20 years but I just could NOT convince myself they were traveling through other dimensions, though I suspected it. But once they started remotely programming the inmates at MDC, Los Angeles and FMC, Butner, NC it became a no-brainer. They are using this Invisibility Cloaking Technology to enter any place at will and spraying Mind Control Nanobots/NanoParticles in the air targets/victims breathe, both during day time and night time to chip them. 1) WATER ON END TABLE
On May 16th, 2011 I woke up and went into the kitchen from the bed room to toast bread and returned to my bed room in JUST ONE MINUTE. In that “one minute” the Illuminati FBI, CIA and NSA terrorists demonstrated their “CLOAKING and
INVISIBILITY” technologies by pouring little bit of water on my bed room end
table from the water bottle on the end table.
They did it in JUST ONE MINUTE time frame I was out of my bedroom even though I live on the second floor and my bedroom has only one window that was shut all the time. No one can enter my bedroom in that one minute through my apartment front door because they if they did, they have to pass through the living room/kitchen combo in which case I would have seen them. In fact I can see most of my bedroom from the kitchen too……..All this happened during DAY TIME at around 9 AM.
2) DVD BREAKING UP
In the Summer of 2009, I got up from my bed at around 11 pm, selected a Movie DVD from the DVD rack next to the bed and placed it on the bed. Then while searching for another DVD I “thought” that I should be careful NOT to sit on the DVD on the bed by mistake. A minute or two later I heard a cracking sound and was shocked to find the DVD on the bed broken, even though I was on the only person in the apartment.
CIA and NSA Illuminati Psychopaths “read my private thoughts” of wanting to be careful not to break the DVD and “broke the DVD on the bed” using Invisibility Cloaking Technology.
This “clearly proves” CIA and NSA Psychopaths cloaked themselves with invisibility and were present in my bed room.
3) CHEWED DRUMSTICK REAPPEARS
Sometime in March 2011, I was playing poker online while having dinner simultaneously sitting on my living room sofa. The whole living room/kitchen combo is visible completely from kitchen and living room. I went into kitchen, opened the cabinet under the sink and threw “chewed drumstick” that came with Frozen Udupi Sambar into the garbage bin, closed the cabinet and left the plate on the kitchen counter and returned to my laptop on the living room sofa.
I played a few poker hands on fulltiltpoker.com and returned to the kitchen in a couple of minutes later only to FIND the CHEWED DRUMSTICK back on my dinner plate on the kitchen counter from the garbage bin.
How did that happen even though I was alone in my apartment ?
It was the CIA and NSA Illuminati Psychopaths who cloaked themselves in Invisibility and put back the “chewed drumstick” back from the garbage bin on to the dinner plate in that time span of two or three minutes.

4) LEMON PIECE
On October 27th, 2011 night, I was having dinner and a piece of lemon from the lemon pickle was on my dinner plate. I took a small bite of the lemon piece and placed it back on the plate. After a minute, CIA and NSA Illuminati Psychopaths who were present Cloaked in Invisibility in Quantum Dimensions made that lemon piece disappear from my dinner plate right in front of my eyes.
Again, this is NOT my brain doing tricks on me, this is 100% purely CIA and NSA Psychopaths “demonstrating” their Invisibility Cloaking Technology.
5) TWO CELL PHONES
In 2008 I lived in a 2nd floor corner apartment in San Jose, CA. To protect myself from the constant CIA and NSA Psychopaths breaking into my apartment in the night time when I am asleep, I bought a Hasp Key Lock from Home Depot and locked my bed room door and also locked the bed room window. I put my two Motorola Razr Cell Phones, one from T-Mobile and the other one from MetroPCS right next to each other on the end table next to my bed and went to sleep.
CIA and NSA Psychopaths demonstrated their Cloaking and other technologies by putting the Cell Phones, one on top of each other by next day morning when I woke up.
6) WE CAN KIDNAP YOU ANYWHERE ANYTIME
Some time in 2011, CIA and NSA Psychopaths reacted/responded to my private thoughts and informed me with secret internet messages they can secretly kidnap me from even a high security prison, if they have to and if they want to.
So while at MDC, LA on June 9th, 2012 I “remembered” this incident and CIA and NSA Psychopaths “read my private thoughts” and demonstrated their Invisibility Cloaking Technology by making a small brown cup disappear from my cell the same day afternoon on June 9th, 2012 to secretly inform me that they indeed can kidnap me from MDC, LA without leaving an iota of evidence, regardless of any security systems if they want to and if they have to.
And NO, the small brown cup was NOT taken by any other cell mate or inmate. It was deliberately taken away by the CIA and NSA Psychopaths using Invisibility Cloaking technology as a secret message to me.
Like I said before, this type of communication that happens between I and the CIA and NSA Psychopaths is beyond your comprehension.
7) MOTHER OF ALL CLOAKING TECHNOLOGY
CIA and NSA Psychopaths “secretly chipped” all my cell mates and all other inmates I was friends with or otherwise, at MDC, LA and FMC Butner, NC with “Synthetic Telepathy” mind control chips, from March 2012 to December 2013 obviously using “Invisibility Cloaking Technology” to secretly enter MDC, LA and Federal Medical Center, Butner, NC “at will” and then remotely programming all of them to say something to me at some point or another as explained in the “CIAnNSA Psychopaths Programming Other Human Beings To Talk And Act” section of this website.
8) TOILET TISSUE ROLLS
I have a habit of placing the Toilet Tissue Roll “always” in a way where the “tissue is pulled from underneath the roll.”
In 2009 while living in the Los Angeles area, I put a new Toilet Tissue roll in the bath room and then I closed my bed room door and blocked the door from opening from the other side by placing a folding chair against the door and went to sleep.
CIA and NSA Illuminati Terrorists demonstrated their Invisibility Cloaking and other technologies by “switching the Toilet Tissue Roll in a way to pull the Toilet paper from the top instead of from underneath”, by next morning when I woke up, even though no one can enter the bath room without opening the bed room door, which would be impossible because of the folding chair placed against it as shown in the pictures. The picture is NOT of my bedroom but you get the idea.
Their acts like these are ALSO meant to alter/destroy my perception ability because after a while, things like these will make you question your own perception ability and sanity.

9) ANOTHER CLOAKING
In the summer of 2014, one day I washed dishes during day time and put all the forks and knives in a cabinet in my “studio apartment” as shown in the first picture below. I worked on my computer for a few minutes and then I returned to the kitchen.
In that few minutes, CIA and NSA Psychopaths used CLOAKING TECHNOLOGY and opened the cabinet and placed one knife in a position as shown in the second picture. CIA and NSA Psychopaths did this a couple of times both during day time and night time when I was awake and alone in my studio apartment.
No, this is NOT my delusion, imagination or paranoia. This is STRICTLY CIA and NSA Terrorists “demonstrating” their Invisibility Cloaking technologies to me.
10) CLOAKING AND MY PSYCHIATRIST
In September 2014 session with my Psychiatrist, I explained to him about the Cloaking and other technology demonstrations CIA and NSA Psychopaths did to me over the years as described in the examples in this section of the website.
In my subsequent session on October 10th, 2014 my Psychiatrist explained a very strange thing that happened to him a week or two before. He received a fax and he kept it on top of the fax machine. After a few minutes he returned and the fax disappeared even though he was alone. He searched for it for an hour but still couldn’t find the fax anywhere and eventually was shocked to find that fax slid under his microwave. My Psychiatrist told me he was very scared because it never happened to him before and he was 100% positive it was NOT his imagination or perception mistake.
When he told me this incident, I instantly knew for a FACT, it was the CIA and NSA Illuminati Psychopaths demonstrating their Cloaking and other technologies to my Psychiatrist.
11) KNIFE ON A PLATE
Couple of times after cooking, I left the knife on its side on a paper plate in the kitchen in my Studio apartment during day time and night time like shown in the pictures below.
CIA and NSA Psychopaths demonstrated their Cloaking technology a couple of times in the Summer of 2014 by changing the position of knife on the plate from its side and “placing it on its edge on the plate” some times in a matter of minutes while I was still in the studio apartment alone both during day time and night time.
It takes some effort to place the Knife on its edge on a paper plate as shown in the second picture. Try it and see for yourself. I know for a FACT, I placed the knife on its side since it is my habit.
12) RICE GRAINS CLOAKING
On September 25th, 2014 at 1:12 AM in the midnight, I was working in my laptop on my bed and went into the kitchen for about one minute and returned to my laptop in my studio apartment, where I can see everything all the time since it is a one room studio apartment.
In that one minute period, CIA and NSA Psychopaths demonstrated their CLOAKING TECHNOLOGY by placing a few rice grains on my laptop as shown in the picture below. Yes, they MAGICALLY APPEARED on my laptop in that one minute even though I was awake and alone in my apartment. Which means CIA and NSA Psychopaths were present CLOAKED in my apartment at 1:12 AM on September 25th, 2014.
This is NOT my imagination, paranoid or delusion. This is PURELY the CIA and NSA Psychopaths “demonstrating” their cloaking technology to me.
13) DAY TIME CLOAKING OF WATCH
Some time in early September 2014 I came back home during day time, took off my watch and placed it on the end table like I always do “exactly” as shown in the first picture below.
Then I stepped away from the bed and worked on my desktop computer for a minute in my one rectangular room Studio Apartment and returned to the bed where I usually lie down and work on my laptop computer. Mind you I was alone in my apartment.
In that one minute time frame, CIA and NSA Psychopaths used Invisibility Cloaking Technology and flipped the watch’s metal strap and placed it on the watch dial on the end table as shown in second picture below.
This is NOT my imagination or perception problem. This is STRICTLY CIA and NSA Psychopaths demonstrating their Cloaking Technology to me that they were PRESENT CLOAKED, in my apartment in that one minute time frame.

14) COMMISSARY SHEET
On December 13th, 2013 while at MDC, LA I put the Commissary sheet underneath my bed in the cell and stepped out for a couple of minutes. When I returned to the cell, CIA and NSA Psychopaths demonstrated their “Invisibility Cloaking Technology” by removing the Commissary sheet from underneath the bed and placing it on top of the bed in the cell.
Again this is NOT my imagination or my brain doing tricks on me or my cell mate or others playing pranks. This is strictly the CIA and NSA Psychopaths having fun and at the same time trying to destroy my perception ability.
15) FROSTED FLAKES AND NAIL CUTTER
On April 12th, 2012 while I was at MDC, LA CIA and NSA Psychopaths demonstrated their “Invisibility Cloaking Technology” and “Omnipresence” by placing the frosted flakes packets upside down in my locker shelf and placing two razors in the bowl by the time I woke up next morning.
Similarly On April 23rd, 2012 they took out the nail cutter from the locker shelf and placed it on the floor by the time I woke up in the morning.
None of these acts were done by my cell mate or other inmates.
16) WE WATCH YOU IN THE BATHROOM
One day in 2007, just before getting into the bath tub to take a shower, I “wondered” if the CIA and NSA Psychopaths are watching me in bathroom too with illegal surveillance devices.
CIA and NSA Psychopaths “read my private thoughts” and two minutes later made the Shampoo bottle fall into the tub by itself. That’s how they demonstrated their Invisibility Cloaking Technology AND also conveyed a message to me that they are watching me even in the bathroom.
17) ORANGE SLICES CAN
In 2006 CIA and NSA Illuminati Psychopaths demonstrated their Cloaking and other technologies by making an Orange slices can fall by itself from the rack in my studio apartment kitchen during day time when I was home and awake and alone.
This did NOT happen due to any earth quake. It was strictly CIA and NSA Psychopaths “demonstrating their technologies to me”.
18) FORKS AND CLOAKING DAY TIME
On June 14th, 2011 I started washing dishes in the afternoon before my trip to Las Vegas to play a couple of WSOP events at Rio. I washed a few forks and spoons and put them in the dish washer. Then I washed a couple of plates and put them in the dishwasher. In that two or three minutes time frame, CIA and NSA Illuminati Terrorists demonstrated “Invisibility Cloaking Technology” by bending the fork I placed in the dishwasher a few minutes before.
And NO, the bending of the fork did NOT happen by itself or by mistake.
19) OMNIPRESENCE AND CLOAKING DAY TIME
On December 12th, 2013 while I was MDC, LA CIA and NSA Psychopaths again demonstrated their “Invisibility Cloaking Technology” AND “Omnipresence” by opening the locker shelf door wide open after I closed it, stepped out of the cell for two minutes and got back into the cell. I stood right outside the cell for those two minutes and no one entered my cell in that time period.
And NO, the locker door did NOT have any problems and it did NOT open by itself because of loose alignment. It was the CIA and NSA Psychopaths “playing with my mind” and “proving their Omnipresence.”
20) CLOAKING DAY TIME AGAIN
Some time in August 2014, while washing dishes, the dish washing liquid slipped out of my hand and fell in the sink. I “thought and was glad” that there was no spill. As a habit, I never closed the lid of the dish washing liquid bottle and always kept it slightly open.
CIA and NSA Illuminati Psychopaths “read my private thoughts” and saw what happened in the kitchen and used Cloaking technology and “closed the dish washing liquid lid completely within the next one hour”. Mind you, I was the only person in my studio apartment at that time and I never left and nobody entered my apartment.
CIA and NSA Psychopaths accomplished “two things” in this incident, demonstrating their Synthetic Telepathy mind reading technology of “reading my private thought” AND Cloaking Technology to enter my apartment and “closing the dish washing liquid lid completely”.

21) APARTMENT DOOR OPEN
On March 11th, 2012 at 1:00 AM CIA and NSA Psychopaths again demonstrated their “Invisibility Cloaking Technology” by opening my apartment door wide open when I was in my bed room working on my laptop. FYI, I can see the apartment door from my bedroom.
They repeated it a second time by opening my apartment door wide open, two weeks later.
All these things are meant to demonstrate their technologies and also to alter/destroy the perception ability of Targeted Individuals and drive them to Insanity.
22) OTHER CLOAKING TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATIONS
CIA and NSA Illuminati Psychopaths demonstrated “Invisibility Cloaking and Omnipresence” countless number of times in my apartment when I was present alone by moving things around from one place to another during day time and night time.
a) Removing the USB drive from under my bed pillow while I was asleep, and placing it on the floor by the morning when I woke up even though my apartment door is locked with a hasp key and security alarm system turned ON.
b) Removing one of the Coke cans from the upper shelf and placing it in the middle shelf of the fritz during day time in a matter of minutes while I was awake and alone in my studio apartment.
c) Picking up a couple of coriander leaves from the kitchen and placing them on my file cabinet near my bed, when I stepped into the kitchen for a couple of minutes during day time when I was alone.
d) Turning my laptop computer ON and attaching a USB drive to it in the night time when I was asleep.
