Here is an example of the disgustingly dumb, slavish, worthless, overrated, repulsive, self promoting, ignorant American media.

The following is a video clip (Youtube it) of CBS 60 minutes (revered by Americans) by Leslie Stahl on Mind Reading/Thought Identification Technology in the year 2009. She reported about a human being put in a Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) machine and then a computer reading and deciphering what “item” the subject was thinking about. Mind you, this was in the year 2009.

Now compare it with what Neuroscientist and French National BioEthics Committee Chairman Mr. John Pierre Changeux publicly said in the year 1998, that is correct 1998 (which is 11 freaking years before the CBS 60 minutes report) about “Mind reading, control of behaviour and brainwashing AT A DISTANCE” which he was “privy” to by mid 90s.

•  In January 1998, an annual public meeting of the French National Bioethics Committee was held in Paris. Its chairman, Jean-Pierre Changeux, a neuroscientist at the Institut Pasteur in Paris, told the meeting that “advances in cerebral imaging make the scope for invasion of privacy immense. Although the equipment needed is still highly specialized, it will become commonplace and capable of being used at a distance. That will open the way for abuses such as invasion of personal liberty, control of behaviour and brainwashing. These are far from being science-fiction concerns…and constitute “a serious risk to society.” (“Nature.” Vol 391, 1998.)
